2024 RED Day
Every second Thursday of May, Keller Williams agents, leadership members, and associates step away from daily business duties, proudly donning their red KW gear, and venturing into the communities they serve with three goals in mind: Renew, Energize, Donate.
For RED Day in 2024, KW United Alexandria/Kingstowne brought our red shirts and community spirit to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA) to help in their Mission to help animals in need.

Our Office, agents, and vendor partners donated $1850 and a small mountain of food, treats, & toys. We also tackled some tasks to save AWLA staff hours of time and effort to address, especially breaking down all the metal pet crates for disposal to clear up another storage area.
All to help AWLA help animals in need. Gladly done with full hearts and appreciation for the wonderful words of thanks from ALWA.
The donated funds will cover the adoption fees for eight animals who find their Forever home.
Our Office and agents feel privileged to partner with AWLA to help their Mission to help animals in need. That Mission is ongoing. So is our Support.

Client Appreciation Days
Our Office holds Client Appreciation Events (on the outdoor patio when the weather is nice) to give our agents an opportunity to invite clients to an event with food, drink, music, and vendors.
The September 2023 Client Appreciation Open House featured live music, a children games area, and food catered by Crab Cab. Make sure to check out Crab Cab in Alexandria on Route 1 just outside the Beltway.

In October 2023, we held a Community Donation Event to help the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria (AWLA) help animals in need. AWLA was present to share information about volunteering & adoption. AWLA also brought two adoptable animals to love on.

We had a pet photographer, live music, and raffle drawings of sponsor-donated items from 35 local businesses. We also have a noted local artist, Alexandra Schmeling, attending to make pet portraits and to share her work on Alexandria, DC, and beyond.
We had a drop off for donations to AWLA, along with donations via QR codes to their Amazon & Chewy Wish Lists (see the AWLA page for the QR codes & links).
Check out the Events page for the the donations we collected for AWLA, the attending vendors, and the fun we had helping AWLA help animals in need. The short story is that we collected $1550 cash and $1500 in donated food, toys, treats, crates, etc. And Guapo got adopted by someone who came to the Event!!
Agent Appreciation Days
Agent Appreciation Days put the focus on our agents. The Day is filled with speakers on topics that help you become the agent that you want to be, with food, music, and agents having fun together.
Many thanks to Bonefish Grill in Kingstowne for bringing consistently good food to each Agent Day! Their Salmon burgers are fabulous.
Agent Mastermind & Training
Agent Mastermind and Training opportunities are available each week, from speakers, to Money Making Mondays, to Whatcha Got Wednesdays, to Agent Led Training, to Agent Accountability Groups.
Agent Training & Pot Luck
Timely training on important real estate topics when they occur is key to each agent's ability to be THE trusted real estate resource with clients and your contacts. We give each agent the chance to learn from and ask questions of our Leadership and each other. And then continue to build a sense of 'Community' in the Office by sharing food and conversation around a common table.
